A loveable drunk who lived precariously from one day to the next, never quite sure where his next meal was coming from. George spent a lifetime in the bush and kept track of all the comings and goings.
He was suspicious and gruff by nature, but nothing that a good yarn and swig of whiskey couldn’t fix. Deep down he was harmless and surprisingly sentimental.
George played a pivotal role in the murders, providing Upfield with the means to dispose of the bodies.
